Condo Board Education Classes
PeytonBolin has been approved as a condo board educator, and will offer free classes to board members who prefer to complete an educational class rather than sign an affidavit. The class highlights new laws regulating community associations, budgets and reserves, elections, records maintenance and unit owner access to those records, and bids and contracts.
