Nate was born and raised in Erie, PA. He received his associate’s degree in business administration with high honors from Gannon University in 2001, and then later went on to graduate from Erie Business Center with his associate’s paralegal aegree as co-valedictorian of his class in December, 2009. In 2008, Nate began volunteer work as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (“CASA”) within the Erie County, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas. In his role as a CASA, Nate advocates in court and makes permanency recommendations for abused and neglected children. A cause Nate strongly believes in, Nate now volunteers as a Florida-certified Guardian Ad Litem. Not only has volunteering within the dependency system allowed Nate to utilize his legal research, writing, and advocacy skills, more importantly, it has enabled dozens of abused and neglected children to have their voices heard in the courtroom.
Nate began working for PeytonBolin, PL in January, 2010. Since then, he has moved into the position of managing paralegal. Since relocating to Florida, Nate has become a member of the Broward County Bar Association, Paralegal Division.
In his free time, Nate can be found either at a bookstore, on the beach, or out running.
