Elizabeth K. Schlaerth
Beth grew up in a small town just outside of Rochester, New York. After getting her B.A. in Political Science and Anthropology, she relocated to sunny South Florida! Prior to joining the PeytonBolin team in 2012, she worked at Barry University in the Archives and Special Collections Department where she developed a background in records management.
As the Office Manager of PeytonBolin, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm in regards to productivity, technology, training and development, and staff and systems management. She enjoys learning new technology applications and implementing them firm-wide. Sometimes that goes hand-in-hand with troubleshooting with and educating staff members. Her goal is to teach attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants how to maximize their productivity by taking full advantage of their integrated applications. She also empowers staff to reach a comfort level with experimental technology so that their firm can maintain their spot at the forefront of technological innovation in the legal field.
In her free time, you can expect she’ll be doing something adventurous outdoors as she is interested in rugby, fishing, paddle boarding and exploring the many salt life activities Florida has to offer.
