Jonas P. Arca grew up in Tampa Bay, Florida. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Florida and received his juris doctorate from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Jonas is a licensed community association management instructor and author of Community Association Management Florida: AACC Online’s CAM Prelicensure Textbook.

Jonas began his career in the community association industry in 2012, working both as a licensed community association manager and as in house legal counsel for a Bay Area community association management firm, where he began his career as a CAM instructor by delivering monthly legal updates to management staff.
