Michael Goldstein, Esq.

Michael Goldstein is a Partner at PeytonBolin, PL, where he brings a broad and dynamic background in insurance, litigation, and regulatory law to his work with community associations across Florida. He is Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law by the Florida Bar, a distinction that reflects his expertise and commitment to the field. In his role as general counsel, Michael advises community associations statewide, helping boards make sound, informed decisions on legal and operational matters.

Before joining PeytonBolin, Michael served as in-house counsel for a commercial auto insurance company, where he managed declaratory judgment actions, complex litigation, and compliance with regulatory frameworks. Additionally, he litigated highly contested foreclosure cases throughout Florida, developing deep courtroom experience and a strategic, results-driven approach to advocacy.

Michael earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida with a major in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, during which he had the unique opportunity to work in Washington, D.C., under U.S. Senator Bob Graham—an experience that further broadened his perspective on law and policy.

Originally from New Jersey, Michael was raised in South Florida, where he now resides with his wife and children. Outside the office, he enjoys quality time with his family, proudly cheering on his kids in both academics and athletics. Whether on the sidelines or off on a new adventure, Michael values the moments that bring his family together.
